Government is fiddling with ill-conceived family laws while Indian Families burns

The government is to blame for the “epidemic” of family failure that will have “catastrophic” effects. Almost all of society’s social ills can be traced directly to the collapse of the family life.

The Indian family system is breaking down because of the rampant corruption and the gender-biased and easy to misuse laws like “IPC 498-A” and “Domestic Violence Act 2005″ passed by the government, which remains oblivious of the catastrophic effects of its actions.

Effect of ill-conceived law can be seen in the form of Indian family system is shattering at much accelerated pace and the rate at which Indian families are melting down will have seriously destructive effects and in next 10 years only 10% of families will be headed by a married couple

Indian feminists are importing ill-conceived laws from the West without giving any thoughts what implications it might have on Indian Society and applying them with an absolute disregard for the Indian family system. The misapplication of these laws has increased the rate of family meltdown and produced many dysfunctional children. Laws imported from West do not fit in Indian Family System. The very law has already increased the rate of families meltdown and started producing dysfunctional children.

We have started experience a period of family meltdown whose effects will be as catastrophic as the meltdown of the ice caps. These effects pose a huge threat to the future of our society as terrorism, street crime or drugs.

Anybody who has witnessed the goings-on inside the family (guardianship and divorce) courts would be aware of it being a “never ending carnival of human misery – a ceaseless river of human distress”.

India faces a bleak future if the government does not address the above-described problems. The effects of “family breakdown” would, be “as marked and as destructive as the effects of global warming”.

What is Indian government doing to recognize and face up to the emerging situation?

The answer is: Very little and Nothing like enough
